What are the Advanced Features?
The following are the advanced features available in Form Builder.
Overwrite Form Content
All existing content from the form will be overwritten when you import fields.
This action cannot be reverted.
Use case
When you want the same form with new fields every week.
Overwrite Form Content
Switch on the Overwrite Form Content from the advanced Features section.
This will allow users to overwrite all their existing form content during field import.
Note: This action cannot be reverted.
Shuffle Question Order
Shuffle Question Order
Switch on Shuffle Question Order from Advanced Features if required.
This will allow users to shuffle the order of the questions on the Google Form.
Shuffle Option Order
Shuffle option Order
Switch on Shuffle option Order from Advanced Features if required.
This will allow users to shuffle the order of the options on the Google Form.
Retain Question numbers
This helps to retain the question prefixes of your input in the Google Form.
Retain Option numbers
This helps to retain the option prefixes of your input in the Google Form.
Collect email address
This enables to collect the email address of the form respondents in the Google Form.
Enable default points
This enables to assign default points to each questions if required.
Make all Option types as
Use case
When you want to change all options type fields into some other option type with just one click.
How to change all options type fields to selected type?
If you want drop down , in place of all options type fields(Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Checkbox)
Form builder will replace all options type fields with selected type.
Make selected questions as
Click Required, if you want the question to be mandatory.
Click Optional if you want the question to be optional.
Click on Save Settings to save the settings.
Click on Reset to Default to reset the settings to default.
