Import from Google Sheets
Form Builder comes with many variants. Importing from Google Sheets can be done by one of the two variants below.
Form Builder for Sheets add-on
Form Builder Plus add-on
Option 1: Import Google Sheets using Form Builder for Sheets
Install the Form Builder for Sheets add-on by following installation instructions
Open Form Builder for Sheets from Google Sheets.
Select the range of the sheet that needs to be imported.
Select the pattern you need.
Mention all the required details about the sheet including answer start at column, etc.
Once that is done the contents from the Google Sheets will be displayed.
Select the required type.
Select or create a Google Form to import data.
Option 2: Import Google Sheets from Google Drive using Form Builder Plus
Open Google Drive.
Select the required Google Sheet that needs to be imported.
Click on Form Builder Plus.
Click on analyze to analyze the selected Google Sheet.
The contents from the Google Sheet will be displayed.
Select the required type.
Click on Preview to have a preview of how the generated form looks like.
Click on Create to create a new Google Form where the data will be imported.
Click on Choose to choose an existing Google Form where the data will be imported.
