Directly reach the add-on using this link in Google Workspace Marketplace Form Builder Plus at Google Workspace Marketplace
Click Install to install the add-on.
Form Builder Plus will ask your permission to install the add-on. Click Continue.
It will take you to the Authentication window.
Choose the required account to install.
You can also select a different account to install.
Click Allow that will complete your Authentication process.
That's It. your installation process is Completed.
