• Step 1: Choose the  "AI Form" option in Form Builder

• Step 2: Choose a prompt from the list or provide a custom prompt.

• Step 3: Review the auto-generated questions and Click "Import"

You need to set up OpenAI Connection (one time) in Form Builder to achieve this.

Set up OpenAI Connection

To set up an OpenAI connection in Form Builder, you need to register the secret key from OpenAI in Form Builder.  

You can find your Secret API key in your User settings. 

• Register or Login With the OpenAI Platform. 

• Create a new secret key, and copy.

• Provide this secret key in the required input and connect.

• Generate questions from AI prompts or your customized prompt.
