Import from Google Docs
Form Builder comes with many variants. Importing from Google Docs can be done by one of the two variants below.

Form Builder Plus add-on
Option 1: Import Google Docs using Form Builder for Docs
Install the Form Builder for Docs add-on by following installation instructions
Open Form Builder for Docs from Google Docs.
Select the pattern required.
Full Document
Selected Content
Once that is done the contents from the Google Docs will be displayed.
Select the required type.
Select or create a Google Form to import data.
Option 2: Import Google Docs from Google Drive using Form Builder Plus
Open Google Drive.
Select the required Google Docs that needs to be imported.
Click on Form Builder Plus.
Click on analyze to analyze the selected Google Doc.
The contents from the Google Doc will be displayed.
Select the required type.
Click on Preview to have a preview of how the generated form looks like.
Click on Create to create a new Google Form where the data will be imported.
Click on Choose to choose an existing Google Form where the data will be imported.
